Ingredients (na około 30 ciastek):
- 150 g butter
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 220 g wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon matcha powder
Mix together powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, salt and matcha powder. Add wheat flour and knead until you get an even dough.
If it’s too soft and sticky to roll it up, then wrap it in foil and put into a fridge for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle some flour over slab and roll up the dough -> 5 mm thick. Cut the cookies with the mould. Put them on a baking sheet.
Bake them in the oven in 200 C for 12 minutes.
