• 700 g white rice
  • 1 tbsp green tea leaves
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Wash the rice. Place the green tea in 200-300 ml of hot water and allow to cool. Then add the matcha and dissolve.
  2. Add Step 1 together with the sake and salt to the rice cooker. Add enough water to come up to the 2 rice cup line of the rice cooker. Turn it on and cook the rice. While cooking, you’ll smell the aromatic tea fragrance.
  3. Once the rice cooker has finished, it’s complete.
  4. Make into an onigiri to add a bit of color to a bento lunch box.
