• 1 ounce Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder, plus more for garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)


In a blender, combine the Bailey’s, matcha powder, vanilla ice cream, and milk, and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with the whipped cream and additional matcha powder.
